What is your return policy?
1. Loose Pack, Cut strips, Opened, partially used, disfigured products and refrigerated products once sold will not be returned. 2. Missing accessories/freebies delivered with the product will not be returned. 3. Products without a serial number/UPC number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery for any damage. 4. Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty will not be returned. 5. In case of any error, please inform within 24 hours at +91 94802 33249 6. Goods once sold are returnable within 15 Days from purchase.
When should i expect my refund?
Once you hand over the product to our Champion and the product is verified by us/the seller, the refund will be initiated. Can i order medicines without a prescription?

How do i know if my prescription is valid?
As per government regulations, any prescription that contains the details of the doctor, patient, medicine, prescription date, and doctor’s sign/stamp is valid up to 6 months from the date of issue.
